Although the CFA didn't recognize this beautiful coated cat until 1976, it was developed in the United States during the 1800s. 4: The exotic short-haired animal

Exotics was develop eds  in this 1960s and recognized s by this CFA in 1970. The goal is to create a breed of short-haired Persian cat. Persians are made up of American Short hairs, Russian blues and Birman cats. The result of these efforts is Exotic, whose personality, flat nose and face are similar to Persians, but their coat is short, thick and easy to care for.

This ancient breed is well known for its beautiful clothes, expressive face, and loving personality. The exact origins of Persian are a mystery, but the style derives its name from the Persian Empire, an area that covered a large part of the Middle East.

Evidence suggests that the British Short hair is one of the oldest cat breeds, dating back to the first century AD. It is said that the Romans brought cats to England to ensure that insects, snakes and mice were taken care of. Over the centuries, the breed originated in England and appeared in its first ring in 1871.

By the early 1900s, the breed was endangered, due to the growing population of long-haired breeds, especially Persians. But the enthusiasts continued to breed and found health and anger. However, everything old is new again, and over time, the popularity of this sweet cat has returned. This species was recognized in 1980.

Discovered in 1961 on a farm in Perthshire, Scotland, the first Scottish Fold was a white barn cat named Susie. Its ears have an unusual point in the middle, giving it a more owl-like appearance. When Susie had a kitten, cat lover William Ross bred one to become the basis for what would become a Scottish breed.

The cause of deafness is a genetic mutation that also causes genetic issues in this breed. But in the early 1970s, an attempt was made to solve this problem with Scottish Folds crossing British and American Short hair cats. The Scottish Fold was recognized by the CFA in 1978.

Some cats have a long history, even a good one. And then there's the Sphynx! Named Canadian Hairless, it was started in Toronto in 1966 by a hairless cat named Prune. The root cause of Prune's skin condition is a genetic mutation.

Efforts have been made to create hairless styles. Success has been mixed to say the least, due to genetic limitations. Finally, to preserve the species, other species were introduced to create a better genetic mix. Spynx was recognized by the CFA in 2006.

  • * Fun characters and Quirks: Sphynx is a very playful character. They want to be the center of attention and quickly get to know strangers. This breed loves warmth and many young Sphynxes wear down coats to keep them warm and comfortable.

10: Siberians

Records show that Russian wild cats have existed since at least 1000 AD. At first they roamed the forests of Siberia, where they were special mouse hunters. For centuries, Siberians were domesticated and eventually became popular pets among Russian rulers.

In the 20th century, sportsmen worked to establish a style standard, focusing on the cat's triple coat, playful nature and romantic nature. Siberian cats were imported to the United States in the 1990s and their popularity continues to grow. Siberian was recognized by the CFA in 2006.

  • * size and appearance: Although it is small, it is a cat with a large and muscular build, so the Siberian appears to be heavy due to its size. The stylish dress comes in a variety of colors and patterns that are approved by the CFA.

  • * Part of the brand: Perhaps it is surprising, given this triple, many say that Siberia is a good choice for those who suffer from the disease. Siberians produce small amounts of tissue and water enzymes that cause allergic reactions.
